Re-Branding
Pen-Avia required fresh branding to help raise their perceived image to the standard of their customer service. They wanted to use strong but simple imagery in the logo, and have clear logotype that would keep them in league with the high-end competition.

Web Design
It was important that the Pen-Avia website was welcoming and friendly and still retained a high-quality appearance.
The minimal design style - featuring photographs of the staff and Citation X aircraft set against the white background - looks clean and timeless, helping the user to find the online experience pleasureable time after time.
Key features of Pen-Avia are the quality of service, ease of use and speed of travel and these points are promoted suitably. |

Site Construction
The website is Search Engine Optimised, coded in HTML and CSS to allow data to be picked up easily and quick to load. There is also a Flash built gallery section to add a subtle visual impact. All the links are coded to allow search engines to access all the pages and the CSS is coded in a way to ensure cross-browser and cross-platform compatibility.

Content Re-Wording
Pen-Avia supplied some of the content which needed to be re-written to appeal to the suggested market: individuals, PA's and brokers. The site needed to appeal and have selling power to the target audience, and language needed to be easy to understand. Specific facts and figures were important, but it was the service standard that needed to be promoted. Clients needed to be able to find the information they were looking for quickly but be encouraged to browse the site to find out more about the service and facilities offered by Pen-Avia.

Content Management System
There was a need for staff to update the news section on a regular basis, so a CMS was instigated to allow this. Staff can log-on to a secure site area and add new articles and edit/delete articles as appropriate. No HTML knowledge is needed for this and it is easy for any staff member to change content if authorised to do so.
